candalesa is a non-medical residential home, which means we provide comfort, companionship, and assistance with daily living, but not nursing or medical treatment. For residents who need occasional medical attention, we can help arrange transportation to local clinics or coordinate with visiting healthcare providers. We're happy to discuss individual health needs during the initial conversation to see if our setting would be appropriate.
How does pricing work, and what's included?
We offer three levels of care with transparent monthly pricing. Island Comfort Assistance is ฿7,000/month for daily living support. Island Life Activities is ฿18,200/month and includes the activity program. Island Residential Living is ฿54,000/month and covers your private room, all meals, housekeeping, daily assistance, activities, and 24-hour staff presence. There are no hidden fees, and families can upgrade or adjust as needs change.
How do I know if candalesa is the right choice?
The best way is to visit and spend some time with us. Walk through the garden paths, sit in the reading pavilion, meet a few caregivers, and imagine what daily life might feel like here. We encourage taking your time with this decision — there's no pressure to commit on the spot. Many families visit twice before deciding, and that's perfectly fine with us.

Each resident has a private room that they can furnish with personal items, photos, and familiar belongings. Rooms have secure storage for valuables. We respect privacy and always knock before entering. Residents are welcome to spend time in their rooms or in shared spaces — whatever feels comfortable each day.
